Our Doctrinal Statement
What WE Believe:

  • That the Bible is the inspired Word of God. II Timothy 3:16

  • That God is a trinity, existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Matthew 3:16-17 Matthew 28:19

  • In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. John 1:1  John 10:30

  • That the Holy Spirit is a person and dwells in every born-again believer. 1 Corinthians 6:19

  • That man was created without sin and that through Adam's sin, all men have inherited a totally depraved  nature.  Genesis 1:2

  • That salvation is the gift of God apart from good works and is provided for us through the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ in His death on the cross. Jn. 3:16  Ephesians  2:8-9

  • That the believer has two natures.  The old nature that we received at birth and  it  is  totally corrupt and depraved.  The new nature is received at the time that we are born-again.   I further believe that all claims to the eradication of the old nature in this life are totally unscriptural. Romans 7:15-25  Galatians 5:17-22

  • That the church was  born at Pentecost and that every saved person is a member of God's true  universal church and that a local assembly of believers makes up the local church, which is the  chief instrument of God for the fulfillment of His purpose during this dispensation.   Acts 2  Ephesians 1:22-23

  • That  Christ Jesus was born of a virgin, that He died for our sins, that He was buried and arose physically for our justification and ascended into Heaven  where  He  is now our  intercessor and Advocate who is coming again to take us to be with Him.   1Corinthians  15:3-4  Romans 4:25 1Thessalonians 4:13 -18

  • That the Lord gave the church two ordinances which are to be obeyed by all believers: Baptism and the Lords Supper. Matthew  28:19  Romans 6:4-5  1 Corinthians 11:23-29

  • That the Lord Jesus Christ  may come at any time to take all believers 'in the twinkling of an eye" (the rapture); and  that  seven  years later He will return to establish his literal millennial kingdom on the earth, and that the saints of all ages will reign with Him. 1 Corinthians 15:52   Rev. 20:4-6

  • That  while  the saved will be resurrected at the Rapture of the church, the lost will be resurrected at the end of the millennium. 1 Thess. 4:13-16  Rev.20

  • That the saved shall live in eternal bliss with Christ and the lost will live in conscious eternal  torment in the "lake of fire"    Matt. 25:41-48  Rev. 20

  • That Satan the arch-enemy of God and man, will be finally judged and cast into the "lake of fire"  Isa. 14:12-14          Rev.  20:2-10

  • That once a person has received the free gift of salvation by accepting, Christ as Savior, they are forever in the Lambs Book of Life. 1 Jn. 5:10-13
